As a result of a involvement with Sky Arts' Portrait Artist of the Year, I was able to produce some initial sketches of the actor and director Stanley Tucci, This was followed by an oil painting. Hope you like it. (www.parkerportraiture.com)

Dear Stanley, I'm taking a film class and this week was "Big Night." Our instructor says that the omelet you made was made with whilte wine, not olive oil. This is hard for me to believe, though I went back and looked at the clip and the liquid did flow more freely than oil might. But over such a high heat, I would think the wine would evaporate. I'd love to have your definitive answer and will eat crow if necessary.

thanks very much, Judy Wendt

Just saw "Big Night" and it was terrific with great heart, cast, dialogue, and food.  Hope Mr. Tucci will write more  films.  He has the touch.  An idea I have is "Jersey Story" about a local politician who starts out as an idealist and gradually confronts the reality of the corruption and soulless people he encounters, including a party boss who "shows him the ropes" of "doing favors."

hello stanley, this is jay from salem wine & liquors in s. salem, ny. my family and i were talking over dinner last night at vox (father's day) about the celebrity wine tasting with ramona which took place a little while back at one of our competitors stores. we were wondering if you would be interested in possibly doing something along the lines of a wine tasting/education/class type evening in our store. perhaps similar to your tv show which we loved to watch.

Stanley Tucci is credited in The Prizzi's honor but the scene has been deleted.

Its his eyes. His eyes are so expressive he can play any character. I am mesmerized by his eyes.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see Stanley Tucci listed in the credits for "Prozzi's Honor" (1985) but I have not been able to spot him in the film; he is credited as playing a soldier. Can someone resolve this dilemma?

Thank you for using your talent and passion in reading books on tape. I use 'Talking Books' a free service for the blind. Have any of your books been 'donated' to the program. I think you're a genius and congratulations on your engagement!

Best wishes,

I just heard Sony aquired the rights to make a movie on Steve Job's life, don't you think Staney would play the perfect Jobs for his last years?

A nice website for an extraordinary character actor!

Now lets start a movement to have Stanley Tucci and Vincent D'Onofrio receive a "Star" on the

infamous, "Hollywood Walk of Fame".
